6. Free Trial
Retrip may offer free trials for a limited time. You may be required to provide billing information to activate the free trial. At the end of the trial, unless canceled, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
7. Fee Changes
Retrip reserves the right to adjust Subscription fees at the end of the current billing cycle. You will be notified of any changes and may cancel your Subscription before the new fees take effect.
8. Refunds
Except as required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
9. User Content
The Service allows you to upload, link, or share content ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content but grant Retrip a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content within the Service.
You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to upload any material that infringes on the rights of others or violates any laws.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Malicious Activities: Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to breach security or gain unauthorized access to systems.
- Illegal Purposes: Engaging in unlawful activities.
Violations may result in immediate account termination.
